Cancellation Policy: If you must withdraw from an event you have signed up for, please provide 24 hours’ notice to the Event Coordinator by email. If you “No Show” for your assignment , the Event Coordinator has the authority to restrict your access to events or remove you from the notification list. No Shift or Position trades allowed. If you cannot make an event then cancel yourself from the detail. Your position will be reassigned. Every attempt will be made to give officers their first choice of assignment however, if the assignment is filled the officer may be assigned to a different post. Most of the assignments are detailed on a “first come basis.” Some positions will be restricted to only those officers who have the appropriate training for the position.
